Lock Your Pen Drive Without Using any Software 

• Insert your USB drive to computer

           Click on Start
           In "Search Bar " box, type Bitlocker Drive Encryption
           Now Click this.

• When you click on bitlocker  drive encryption then this window will open that show in below

• look your usb drive and click on trun on bit locker .

           Windows will ask you to set a password.
           Now set a strong password.
           Click on Next

• If you want save the password in a safe place.

          And click on Next

• Now click on Star Encrypting . As Shown in below.

That's all .
Your USB will lock and when you insert your usb again it will ask to enter your password.

How to remove password from your Pen Drive :

Insert your pen drive into PC --:>
Go to Control panel --:>
BitLocker Drive Encryption --..>
Look for your USB drive --..>
Click on "Turn Off BitLocker"

That's all !!!
